Our memorial

The Annual Memorial Golf Tournament is more than a fundraiser. Co-sponsored by the Benevolent Association and the Minoa Fire Department, it is also a time of reverence.

Each year, we pause to honor the life members of the Minoa Fire Department who have passed away. Their devotion to service and sacrifice for our community are not forgotten.

Just as a round of golf is played side by side, and just as our members once stood shoulder to shoulder in times of duty, we now stand together in remembrance. The tournament gives us a way to gather in their memory, to honor their legacy, and to acknowledge the lasting impact of their lives.

Since our founding in 1913, every member who has served with the Minoa Fire Department has become part of our story. This event ensures their names, their service, and their spirit live on.
